These variations are not considered defects but rather a testament to the originality and authenticity of the artwork. As a result, once an original artwork is purchased, it cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, a change in personal preference, or expectations regarding the piece’s size, color, or fit in your space.

5.6. Damaged Artwork

While original artwork is non-returnable, if the piece is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assess the situation and work with you to either repair the piece or offer a solution, based on the nature of the damage. This policy applies only to damages occurring in transit, and we are not responsible for any damages occurring after the artwork has been successfully delivered.
